Kanye West Under Investigation For Allegedly Punching A Fan

The LAPD confirmed it is investigating rapper Kanye West for an alleged criminal battery that took place late Wednesday night.

West, 44, who is currently going by Ye, apparently got into a physical altercation with a fan after being asked for his autograph at around 3 a.m. Wednesday night in front of his SUV. According to the police, West punched the fan and knocked them down after a back-and-forth escalated.

Part of the argument between West and the fan was captured on video, and he is heard yelling “Did y’all say that or not? Did y’all say that or not? Cause that’s what happened right f—ing now!” It’s not clear why West was so agitated in the video. and any further details about the incident were not confirmed by authorities.

Earlier than night, West was seen partying with new girlfriend Julia Fox at restaurant club Delilah. Other celebrities including Madonna and Antonio Brown were seen spending time with the couple on their night out, but West was alone during the altercation.
