Anya Taylor-Joy & Thomasin McKenzie Wow At ‘Last Night In Soho’ Premiere

On Sunday, costars Anya Taylor-Joy and Thomasin McKenzie attended Focus Features’ premiere of Last Night In Soho. The British thriller opened the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles, and will hit theaters just two days before Halloween on October 29.

For the premiere, Taylor-Joy wore a stunning metallic gold dress with a low-cut neckline and dark green necklace. The 25-year-old actress styled her blonde hair in a long bob just above her shoulders. McKenzie was seen wearing an olive sequined dress with natural makeup and a slicked-back updo.

Directed by Edward Wright, Last Night In Soho is a psychological thriller that follows Eloise, an aspiring fashion designer, played by McKenzie. Eloise is mysteriously able to travel to 1966 where she finds herself in the body of one of her favorite 1960’s singers, Sandie. After looking up to celebrities her whole life, Eloise comes to find out about the downsides of fame, and that glamour and lights are not all they’re made up to be. Through first-hand experience, the young woman learns about the dreams of the past that start to crack and splinter into something far darker.
