Bodycam Video Shows Gabrielle Petito In Violent Fight With Brian Laundrie Before Disappearance

The Utah police have shared new bodycam footage which was taped prior to the disappearance of Gabrielle “Gabby” Petito. The video shows Petito and her boyfriend, Brian Laundrie, in the aftermath of a violent argument over a month before the search began for the missing YouTuber. From the video, it seemed that Petito was dealing with some mental health issues as she had been engaged in a serious argument with Laundrie before a witness called 911. Petito slapped Laundrie across the face in a moment of emotional outburst.

Petito’s family lost contact with her near the end of August when she and Laundrie embarked on a road trip in their van. The couple had been documenting their journey on social media as well before Petito disappeared. Laundrie has since returned alone to their home in Florida and has refused to cooperate with police in the search for Petito, which is still underway.
