Melania Trump reportedly wants to stay out of the public eye. Despite spending four years as the First Lady of the United States, she has purposefully faded from the spotlight since her husband, Donald Trump, lost the 2020 election. Melania was said to be “relieved” when her husband’s term ended. During her time in the White House, Melania was considered one of the most private First Ladies in U.S. history, and especially uninterested in ceremonial duties such as the White House Christmas decorations or supporting her husband’s campaigns.

As Trump publicly considers running for president again in 2024, Melania is noticeably silent. She has taken a step back from supporting her husband and is instead busying herself with family life, raising their son Barron Trump as they live at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida.
