Two weeks ago, the singer responded to critics who suggested she used a body double when she posed topless on Instagram with her back facing the camera.

Spears has spoken up about her struggles regarding her conservatorship in recent Instagram posts.

The singer has been fighting her father, Jamie Spears, to remove him as her conservator, claiming that she had been “enslaved by him.” Last week, she received permission from the court to choose her own lawyer to represent her. Her previous counsel had been accused of failing to represent her interests properly. Spears told the court she wants to press charges against her father for conservator abuse.
