Meadow Walker, Paul Walker’s Daughter, Makes Her Runway Debut At Paris Fashion Week
Meadow Walker, daughter of the late actor Paul Walker, made her runway fashion debut opening Givenchy’s fall/winter 2021 collection at Paris fashion week.
The 22-year-old model wore a monochromatic black outfit, including a sheer chiffon skirt, an asymmetric black blazer, tights, platform shoes and a chunky plated necklace. She also rocked dramatic, smoky-eye makeup to complement the outfit.
Meadow posted a sneak peak of her walking in the show on her Instagram, thanking creative director Matthew Williams.
“Exclusive Debut. Opening Givenchy FW21. Thank you Matt for your complete support and determination to safely get me to Paris from NY. Congratulations on your first Givenchy show @matthewmwilliams! Grazie mille @pg_dmcasting. Thank you to everyone involved. Endless gratitude and love for you all Xx #givenchyfw21,” she wrote.

Williams said the collection was meant to represent a “constant tension between two worlds.”
“It’s about finding personal meaning in difficult circumstances; it’s about sincerity in what we do rather than strategy. Ultimately, fashion for us is a way of being, feeling and connecting rather than a game to be played. It’s almost like monumentalizing the everyday, filling it with emotion – like music you can wear,” Williams wrote in a statement.
Walker began modeling in 2017 and is signed with DNA models. In January 2021, she starred in the 2021 Proenza Schouler campaign. Walker’s father tragically died in a car crash in 2013 at age 40.
