Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but scientists think otherwise.

According to London facial cosmetic surgeon Dr. Julian De Silva supermodel Bella Hadid, 23, has been determined to be the most beautiful woman in the world, based on modern mapping techniques that implement the classic Greek “Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi.”

“Hadid was the clear winner when all elements of the face were measured for physical perfection,” said De Silva. Hadid, who landed a 94.35% perfection score. “She had the highest overall reading for her chin which, with a score of 99.7 percent, is only 0.3 percent away from being the perfect shape.”

While Bella’s big sister Gigi Hadid didn’t appear on the list, singer Beyoncé, 38, holds a second place (92.44%) while actress Amber Heard, 33, placed third (91.85%). Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift placed fourth and fifth, respectively.

The “Golden Ratio” was used by artists such as Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci to mathematically calculate the beauty of much of their work, including but not restricted to evaluating the beauty of female subjects.

Beyoncé’s fans did not take lightly to her being ranked number two.

“Whoever decided to compare #BellaHadid and #Beyoncé in terms of beauty, should have kept that opinion to themselves!,” one person tweeted.

Another post said, “there is no world where Bella Hadid looks better than Beyonce. None. Not even on Opposite Day.”

Earlier this week, Bella fuelled rumors of reuniting with her ex, singer The Weeknd, when he was spotted at her side on her birthday. The two had called it quits a couple of months ago, and they quashed all reunion rumors saying they continue to be just “friends” and nothing more.

I So agree 🔆🎶☀️💕🌟 Always have. Bella if comparisons weren’t such a horrible way to measure life, I see Bella’s beauty as extraordinary🌅 The whole family has been blessed internally as well as externally. If only Lyme Disease could be cured. It so saddens me. I became a fan of all of you watching Yolanda and family grow up on “Housewives” show. And watching Muhammad’s talent and creativity from afar.

    Thank you,
For making this a better world 🎠💌
