Uma Thurman has finally spoken out about the sexual harassment and assault accusations against Harvey Weinstein.

Uma Thurman Instagram Post Harvey Weinstein

The actress sent out a special Instagram message on Thanksgiving in support of the women who have accused the Hollywood producer of harassing or raping them, and used the #MeToo hashtag that has been sweeping social media after revelations about the misconduct of Weinstein and several other notable entertainment figures.

Thurman emphasized how angry she was, although she did not immediately provide all of the details of her personal experiences.

“Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! (Except you Harvey, and all your wicked conspirators – I’m glad it’s going slowly – you don’t deserve a bullet) -stay tuned,” she posted.

She also sent out a note of support.

“I am grateful today, to be alive, for all those I love, and for all those who have the courage to stand up for others,” she posted.

“I said I was angry recently, and I have a few reasons, #metoo, in case you couldn’t tell by the look on my face.”

She said she’s taking her time so she can “be fair, be exact.”

More than 60 women have alleged Weinstein assaulted them, and in some case the crimes — which go back nearly 30 years — took place abroad. Authorities in England opened up an investigation into the Miramax and The Weinstein  Company founder’s wrongdoings.

Weinstein has repeatedly denied the allegations.

“I think it’s commendable and I don’t have a tidy soundbite for you because I’ve learned — I’m not a child — and I have learned that when I’ve spoken in anger I usually regret the way I express myself,” she said.

“So I’ve been waiting to feel less angry. And when I’m ready, I’ll say what I have to say.”

Thurman posted the message alongside a photo of herself in the Quentin Tarantino-directed film Kill Bill, which was produced by Weinstein, in which she plays a former assassin seeking revenge.

Among the other famous men recently accused of sexual misconduct are Kevin Spacey, James Toback, Brett Ratner and Louis C.K.
