Since the beginning of the summer, there has been an influx of Instagram users editing their photos with a new vintage touch. For a while now, polaroids have been used on social media and are getting wide traction.

Social-savvy Instagram users now are turning to the app VSCO to get them the perfect vintage image. VSCO is a photo-editing and sharing app that many use before their image even reaches Instagram. Their editing software offers different filters and tools that are appealing to those who take their social media seriously. The grainy filter commonly used through VSCO is making its appearance on millions of pictures a day now.
