SAG Awards 2017: ‘Fences’ & ‘The Crown’ Take Top Honors [Complete Winners List]
The 23rd annual Screen Actors Guild Awards were held last night, with only one film or television series taking home more than one award.
SAG AWARD WINNERS
Fences and The Crown both were honored with two awards last night, but the short show varied its winners. Denzel Washington took home the award for outstanding performance by an actor in a leading role, while Viola Davis won for her role in the same film for outstanding performance by a female actress in a supporting role. The Crown took both outstanding performance by an actor and actress with John Lithgow and Claire Foy.
