LeBron James may have reached out via DM to an Instagram model despite the fact that he was observing a social media ban – and is married.

LeBron James Instagram DM Rachel Bush

Instagram model Rachel Bush exposed James’ DM on Twitter. She posted a screenshot – which has since been deleted – of the basketball star reaching out with a, “Hey whats up,” captioning it, “Haha Wut.”

James is supposed be on a social media blackout ahead of the NBA playoffs. He’s also married to his high school sweetheart, Savannah Brinson, with whom he has sons LeBron Jr. and Bryce Maximus, and daughter Zhuri.

As it happens, Bush isn’t single either. She’s reportedly been seeing Cleveland Browns safety Jordan Poyer. Incidentally, Bush and Poyer had attended the Cleveland Cavalier’s game against the Atlanta Hawks Monday night.

“? with bae?,” Bush captioned a picture of the game taken from their floor seats.

Though Bush is the one who exposed the DM, she is also the one defending the NBA player. According to her, it’s possible that the DM sent from James’ account was never sent by him.

“He has a wife and two-three kids. I know he respects them and I respect them,” Bush told The Billy Madison Show. “They have certain people running their pages sometimes. DMs by multiple people where their friends or their manager have tried to talk to me pretending to be them. They’re totally okay with that.”
