Donald Trump, the tycoon and Republican presidential candidate, announced Monday on The Palin Update with Kevin Scholla on Mama Grizzly Radio, that if elected, he would like to have former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin as part of his administration.

DONALD TRUMP WANTS SARAH PALIN IN HIS ADMINISTRATION

“I’d love that,” Trump said in an interview on The Palin Update. “She really is somebody that knows what’s happening, and she’s a special person, she’s really a special person, and I think people know that. And she’s got a following that’s unbelievable.” Trump revealed that some of his followers tell him to reach out to Palin for support. “No matter where I go, everybody loves her,” he said.

Trump  observed that Palin has the “kind of strength” that you just don’t see anymore, comparing her to the other presidential candidates whom he describes as “weak” and “ineffective.”

“They’re not doing their jobs,” Trump said about current government officials such as Barack Obama. “The veterans are being treated like third-class citizens. It’s horrible what’s going on… most politicians are all talk no action. Nothings happening.”

Palin, who was Sen. John McCain‘s running mate in 2008, called Trump a hero last week after Trump questioned McCain’s military heroism. “Sen. McCain dedicated his life to serving our country, and in my humble opinion the sacrifices made by all ethical service members are heroic — putting it all on the line to defend freedom IS heroic — and Donald Trump is a hero in another arena,” Palin said in an email to CNN.

“Trump is the candidate giving voice to untold millions of fed-up Americans witnessing a purposeful destruction of our economy and the equal opportunity for success that made America exceptional,” Palin told CNN. “We’re watching career politicians throw away our kids’ future through bankrupting public budgets and ripping open our porous borders which, obvious to all us non-politicians, puts us at great risk.”
