Lady Gaga hid her new engagement ring on the red carpet at the Oscars with statement-making red gloves complimenting her custom white gown.

Lady Gaga Stuns In Azzedine Alaïa

Gaga took a break from her out-there fashion choices for the Academy Awards, choosing instead to wear a classic, yet modern white gown from designer Azzedine Alaïa. The gown was modest for Gaga, with a high neckline that didn’t allow for any cleavage, though the large sleeves allowed for a hint of the trendy side-boob.

The gown was one of three custom made Azzedine Alaïa pieces Gaga wore throughout the night, the singer said on Twitter. But her favorite piece of the night appeared to have been her red gloves. “I live for fashion like this,” Gaga said.

Gaga changed into another custom, white dress during the show to perform the Sound of Music medley – a performance that many are suggesting could change her career.
