Pamela Anderson has filed for divorce from her husband Rick Salomon for the third time – and the second time since their second marriage to one another.

Anderson, 47, filed for divorce from Salomon Wednesday after filing for a legal separation Tuesday, reported TMZ.

Back in 2007, Anderson married Salomon for the first time in Las Vegas. Just two months later, Anderson sought and got an annulment on the basis of fraud.

In January 2014, Anderson wed Salomon for the second time after they were spotted rekindling their romance on vacation the previous fall. “We’re very happy,” the former Baywatch star told E! News at the time. “Our families are very happy and that’s all that matters.”

By July, Anderson filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences. However, only a week after she filed the papers, Anderson was photographed making out with Salomon in Malibu, indicating that the divorce papers were off the table. She petitioned to dismiss the divorce filings Aug. 21. Sources close to the couple believed that Anderson had hoped that filing the papers would sort Salomon out.

“Pam felt the only thing she could do at this point in her relationship and marriage to Rick was to file for divorce because of his wild partying,” an insider told Radar Online. “They love each other, but it’s always a roller coaster with Pam and Rick. No one should be shocked if they reconcile. Since she filed for divorce, Rick has been begging Pam to halt the proceedings. No one should be shocked if they reconcile.”

This time around, Anderson is requesting spousal support in her divorce from Salomon. Salomon, though the lesser known name of the two, is a poker champion who was Paris Hilton‘s costar in One Night in Paris.
