Amber Portwood, 22, one of the troublesome stars of the MTV reality show, Teen Mom, was sentenced to five years in prison for drug charges relating back to December 2011.

Portwood spent time in prison for the charges, to which she pleaded guilty, earlier in 2012, but her jail time was suspended on the condition that she attend and complete a rehabilitation program and meet certain probationary terms, reports CNN. In May, however, Portwood, violated her probation by failing a urine test and proceeding to lie about it. She then admitted that she was still on drugs, telling the judge that she will always be "a bad girl," according to Zap2It.

On Tuesday Indiana Circuit Judge David Happe ruled that Portwood would be sent back to prison to serve out the five-year sentence previously imposed. Portwood is likely to only serve just over two years of the sentence, due to a program in which inmates are credited one day of jail time for every day of jail time served. Portwood will also be eligible for an extra 30-day deduction if she completes her drug rehab program in prison.

Portwood's daughter, Leah, is in the custody of Portwood's boyfriend, Gary Shirley.
