Lindsay Lohan posed for her latest mug shot on Tuesday, when she was booked at the Santa Monica Police department.

Lohan, who pleaded no contest on Monday to the charges of reckless driving and lying to a police officer, was fulfilling the requirement to be processed within seven days of her court appearance. The car accident that resulted in the aforementioned charges took place in September 2012, when Lohan crashed her Porsche into a dump truck on the Pacific Coast Highway.

Although Lohan could have faced jail time for the charges, which consequently violated her probation, she entered a plea deal that will keep her out from behind bars. Instead of prison, Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in drug rehab by Los Angeles Superior Judge James Dabney.

Since July 2007, Lohan has continued to run into trouble with the law. The 26-year-old actress, who has appeared in court 20 times and has been found guilty of violating her probation six times, has had a sum total of six mug shots taken of her.

Mark Heller, Lohan’s lawyer, is confident this latest mug shot will be her last. "Today marks the first day of the rest of her life,” he said after her court appearance on Monday, according to CNN. “And her comeback is right before us.”
