Reese Witherspoon's alcohol-induced belligerent behavior during her arrest by an Atlanta police officer was captured on video via a dash-cam.

The video of the arrest was released by TMZ just hours after Witherspoon gave an interview to ABC's Good Morning America to offer an apology for the incident.

In the video, Witherspoon is asked by Trooper First Class J. Pyland to stay in the vehicle roughly five times. Attempting to halt her husband, Jim Toth's, arrest on the suspicion of drunken driving, Witherspoon even attempts to feign pregnancy and a need to use the bathroom. Since she was unwilling to return to the car and allow her husband to get cuffed in peace, the officer began to arrest her.

As Pyland was handcuffing the 5-foot-1 actress, she kept turning around to address him. She continued to state the fact that she was an American citizen and that he was harassing her. All the while, her husband, a Hollywood agent, stood there whispering pleas for her to stop and calm down – all of which she ignored. While she was being led to the police car, she asked the trooper, "Do you know my name?" before adding, "You're about to find out who I am."

When the trooper returned to Toth, the actress's husband said, "I have nothing to do with that."

Witherspoon candidly admitted that she had had "one too many" glasses of wine on the night of her arrest during her GMA interview. She also stated that it was panic, in conjunction with the alcohol, that led to her embarrassing display. "I have no idea what I was saying that night," she said. "I literally panicked. I said all kinds of crazy things. I told them I was pregnant. I'm not pregnant."

The Oscar-winning actress is on her second marriage with Toth, with whom she has one child. She was previously married to actor Ryan Phillipe. They have two children together, Ava and Deacon.
