Betty White Spoofs Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball" Music Video To Promote 'Off Their Rockers'
Betty White got on the Miley Cyrus “Wrecking Ball” to promote her show, Off Their Rockers, in a new television promo spoofing Miley’s infamous music video.
In the video, White, 91, appears riding the wrecking ball wearing an all white ensemble and Converse – a far cry from Miley’s barely there tank top and panties (and even farther from Miley’s decision to go nude on the wrecking ball in her original music video).
“Can someone bring me a sledgehammer,” the comedienne jokingly asks from atop the swinging pendulum.
White continued to spoof Miley, referencing her controversial performance at the MTV Music Video Awards in August, asking, “How about a foam finger?”
Miley has not commented on the ad, but she did re-tweet a link to it from Cosmopolitan’s Twitter account, and appears to be a fan.
Betty White’s Off Their Rockers premieres Wednesday at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.
