Lindsay Lohan finally filed a lawsuit against Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive, in which she claims that character Lacey Jonas featured in Grand Theft Auto V was based on her.

Lohan had been planning her suit since December 2013, and the suit was filed on Wednesday, June 2 in Manhattan.

The GTA V character, Lacey, is a young Hollywood starlet who needs the player to rescue her from paparazzi. “I’m really famous! I didn’t do anything – this is my average commute,” Lacey screams as she hides from the photogs.

In the game, which is set in a fictional L.A., the Chateau Marmont is prominently featured. Lohan lived at the historic Hollywood hotel during the summer of 2012 and has allegedly been banned from ever returning after she left a $46,000 bill unpaid.

“The portraits of the Plaintiff [Lohan] incorporated her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, Plaintiff’s clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by the Plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years,” reads the lawsuit.

Take-Two spokesman Alan Lewis said that Rockstar Games would not be commenting on the lawsuit, saying, “It is our company policy not to comment on legal matters.”
