Singer/songwriter Vanessa Carlton is looking to make a comeback this summer with the release of her latest album, “Rabbits On The Run,” under her new label, Razor & Tie. The Pennsylvania native, who was previously unsure of whether she should resume her music career or take up acting, is going back to what made her famous nearly a decade ago.
