The 14-year-old just dropped her second single, "My Moment," which is both a response to her bevy of harsh critics and an indication that she's not about to stop selling herself.
We haven’t seen the last of Rebecca Black yet. The 14-year-old is releasing a new single, “My Moment,” which will debut on Black’s YouTube channel at 8 p.m. on July 18, as well as the singer’s official website, RebeccaBlackOnline.
