After now tweeting three pictures of his tattoos in about as many months, plus appearing on David Letterman to talk about one, where the veteran Late Show host tried to jokingly rub the ink off his young guest before realizing how painful that can be, Bieber's at it again, proving that he's man enough to be both inked and shirtless on frequent occasions.
