No, that's not a new love interest for Prince Harry, 27, who has returned to London in a quest for positive press since his Las Vegas fiasco two weeks ago. Harry seems to be finding what he's looking for at the 2012 London Paralympics, where he placed a congratulatory arm around Britain's Jessica-Jane Applegate, 16, after her gold medal win in the women's 200m freestyle S14 event, in which she also set a Paralympic record of 2:12.
