Simon Cowell Getting Serious With New Girlfriend

American Idol terror Simon Cowell has grown increasingly smitten with makeup artist Mezhgan Hussainy, who he's been dating for the past six months. According to a report in London's Daily Mail, Simon treated Mezhgan to dinner at the chic Mr Chow's in London’s tony Knightsbridge section, where she left the restaurant with a huge diamond ring worn on her engagement finger.

Once a man who swore off marriage and children which led to the breakup of his relationship with his previous long-term girlfriend Terri Seymour in 2008, Simon seems to be taking a new turn in his life. Even though he still claims that marriage isn’t for him, babies seem to be on his mind. “I think I need to have little Simons around,” he said during a recent taping of the British TV show Life Stories. –MANDY COHEN in London
