President Barack Obama, 50, has previously rallied the support of entertainers like George Clooney, Tom Hanks, Steven Spielberg, Charlize Theron, Diane Keaton, Reese Witherspoon, Kevin Spacey, (the list goes on), and now Sex and the City's Sarah Jessica Parker, 47, who will be co-hosting Obama's next fundraising presidential campaign dinner tonight with Vogue editor Anna Wintour, who it is rumored provided the inspiration for Meryl Streep's character in The Devil Wears Prada.

Barack and Michelle Obama are expected to attend the lofty event, which will take place at Parker and husband Matthew Broderick's New York home, where movers have been busily hauling furniture from the property in order to pimp the crib for the stylish feast, which reportedly goes for about $40,000 a head, according to the Washington Post.

Parker also appeared earlier this month on an MTV Movie Awards ad for Obama that endorses him as "the guy who ended the war in Iraq, the guy who says you should be able to marry anyone you want, and the guy who created four million new jobs — that guy."

After Parker — following in the footsteps of Clooney, who hosted a fundraising event for the President last month — wraps up tonight's fundraising fete, Mariah Carey will be the next to lend her talents to Obama's cause, performing at the Plaza Hotel for 250 supporters who each donated at least $10K to the Obama campaign.
