Prince George, the first child of Prince William and Kate Middleton, will have his first baby pictures shared with the public through Twitter.

Will and Kate have proven themselves to be comfortable bucking tradition when they see fit. Their release of the future king's baby photos since he was taken home from the hospital last month will have them at it again, according to UK blog Female First. “The whole point of these photos is that as many people have access to them who need to and we will find the easiest way of doing that,” a source told the site.

The much-anticipated photographs are said to be candid snapshots taken by Kate and her parents during Will and Kate’s extended stay at Carole and Michael Middleton’s home in rural Bucklebury.

Following the royal baby’s birth, the modern Duke and Duchess of Cambridge revealed his name – George Alexander Louis – via the Clarence House Twitter. Furthermore, since Prince George was born rather late in the day on Jul. 22, Kate and Will announced his birth through the Internet – before, not after – it was presented in the traditional frame propped up on the easel outside of Buckingham Palace.
