PHOTO: Rihanna Gets Dolled Up For EMA's

Even pop stars need their prep time. Rihanna posted this photo of herself on Twitter getting ready for the MTV European Music Awards in Madrid, Spain on November 7. The singer tweeted, "Getting ready for red carpet....EMA'S here we come!!!" with the photo.

Though she was nominated for three awards, in the Best Pop, Best Female and Best Song (for "Rude Boy") categories, Rihanna went home empty-handed. She did perform her new hit "Only Girl (In the World)," which is the lead single off of her upcoming album, Loud.

The album, her fifth, will be released November 12. Timbaland, Taio Cruz, Drake and Ne-Yo have reportedly worked on production for it, while Nicki Minaj and Shontelle have written songs for it. --ISHITA SINGH
