Peaches Geldof, the British model and TV personality who died suddenly on April 7, will be laid to rest in a funeral on Easter Monday, April 21.

Peaches Geldof Funeral

The funeral for the daughter of musician Bob Geldof and late TV personality Paula Yates will be held at the St. Mary Magdalene and St. Lawrence Church in Davington, reported the New York Daily News. It is the same church at which the funeral for Yates, who died of a heroin overdose, was held in 2000.

The 25-year-old Geldof was found dead in her Kent home on Monday, April 7 after an individual phoned the police out of concern, directing them to Geldof’s residence. Upon discovering Geldof’s body, the police called her death “unexplained and sudden” as they tried to find out her cause of death.

Geldof had not left a suicide note, nor was there any drug paraphernalia uncovered at the home she shared with her husband, Tom Cohen and their sons Asala and Phaedra. An autopsy did not provide further details as to the young mother’s cause of death. Toxicology results are pending.

"We are beyond pain,” Bob Geldof said upon learning of his daughter’s death, speaking for himself and the rest of their family. “She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us. Writing 'was' destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable?"

"We loved her and will cherish her forever,” he added. “How sad that sentence is. Tom and her sons Astala and Phaedra will always belong in our family, fractured so often, but never broken."
