Paris Hilton Detained In South Africa
Paris Hilton was detained on Friday in South Africa on suspicion of marijuana possession while she was in the country attending the World Cup. The charges were later dropped after Hilton's photographer, Jennifer Rovero, pleaded guilty to the charge, police said. "The incident was a complete misunderstanding, and it was actually another person in the group who did it," said Hilton's publicist told CNN. "The authorities have apologized for wrongfully accusing her since she had nothing to do with the incident."
