Bristol Palin, daughter of Sarah Palin, describes the alleged assault that kick started the ‘Palin family brawl’ that made headlines in September, claiming that a man pushed her on the ground and stole some of her effects.

Bristol Palin Police Audio

“I have a five year old in the car!” Bristol is heard screaming in the audio recording from Sept. 6. Clearly upset, Bristol can be heard telling the police that she was pushed down on the grass by a man, who then dragged her across the lawn, perhaps stealing her $300 sunglasses and shoes in the process.

“They took my $300 sunglasses, they took my f—king shoes, and I’m just f—king left here?” Bristol said before calming down a bit and describing the assault in detail.

“I’m gonna defend my sister, she’s 20 years old. A guy comes out of nowhere, pushes me on the ground, takes me by my feet, in my dress – in my thong dress in front of everybody – [says] ‘Come on you c—t, get the f—k out of here. Come on you slut, get the f—k out of here’ I don’t know this guy, I’ve never seen this guy in my life,” Bristol continues.

The man who fought with Bristol has been identified as the owner of the house Korey Klingenmeyer. Klingenmeyer told the police that it was Bristol who started the fight when she went after a woman at the party, supposedly the one who Bristol says pushed her sister. Klingenmeyer claimed that he let Bristol punch him 5-6 times before pushing back. No charges have been filed regarding the incident.

Bristol Claims Media Bias Because She's Conservative

Following the release of the police audio, Bristol took to her official blog on Wednesday, Oct. 22, and claimed that the Palins were being unfairly vilified by the media because they are conservatives and not members of the “liberal elites.”

Bristol describes the incident, writing that a man threw her down on the ground, frightening her, and so she defended herself: “I was alarmed that things had gotten so bad so fast. But it got even worse when this guy started pushing me. He had his hands on me, pushing me down. That’s when I swung and hit his face.”

In the blog post, Bristol accuses the media, and the public at large, of going after the Palin family for one incident while letting liberal politicians off the hook. Specifically, Palin brings up Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, who was discharged from the Navy after testing positive for cocaine, writing, “So pause for a moment and consider the hysteria over our stupid ‘incident,’ compared to our actual Vice President’s son not even being able to hold on to a position in the Navy Reserve.”

Bristol goes on to mention Chelsea Clinton’s father in law, Edward Mezvinsky, who was convicted of fraud in 2001.

“I’m sure you heard the happy news that Chelsea Clinton had a baby. But did you know her father-in-law and Clinton family pal Edward Mezvinsky is a convicted felon because of committing bank, wire, and mail fraud?

“Of course you didn’t. Because the friends and family of the revered liberal elite are treated like delicate China. Don’t handle too roughly. They are precious. They are off limits. Don’t push on them too hard.”

Bristol goes on to paint herself as a victim of the liberal media, hypothesizing that, if the roles had been reversed, and Clinton had been the one getting into a fight at a house party, the media would say she was a “feminist hero” for fighting against her assaulter.

“Here’s the thing. Violence against women is never okay… Even if that violence occurs against conservative women. Imagine for a second the outrage that would happen if Chelsea Clinton had gotten pushed by some guy. Had she tried to defend herself, the liberal media would’ve held her up as some feminist hero. But it wasn’t Chelsea. It wasn’t Hillary. It wasn’t someone they liked or someone they agreed with. It was a conservative. And once again, the hypocrisy of the media is laid bare,” Bristol concluded.

Bristol’s statements echoed those of her mother, who addressed the incident in a Facebook post over a month ago. “As you can imagine, they [my kids] and my extended family have experienced so many things (liberal media-driven) that may have crushed others without a strong foundation of faith,” Palin wrote.
