Oksana Grigorieva Signed Joint Custody Agreement
Though the two are now locked in serious legal battle, an earlier agreement between Oksana Grigorieva and estranged husband Mel Gibson has surfaced. In the document, Grigorieva, 30, agrees to share joint custody of their children with Gibson, 54.
The agreement, signed May 16, grants the actor joint legal and physical custody of 10-month-old baby Lucia, giving him unsupervised contact with the baby. The document lays out a precise schedule for visitation, and also states that visitations would become joint custody when the baby turned three.
The two quarreling parents went to family court when Grigorieva recently refused Gibson access to their daughter on Father's Day. –AMY LEE
