Nadya Suleman, more commonly referred to as Octomom, could be evicted from her house in California in which she lives with her 14 children.

Octomom Faces Eviction

Suleman’s landlady Lana El-Jor wants them cleared out before the Christmas holiday. "I have had problems refinancing the building myself because of her," El-Jor told E! News. "That's one of the things why we have to ask her to leave. The bank refused to support the loan. She is said to have left her houses abused and everything, and it worried the bank."

Landlady Thinks Residence Is To Small For 15

In addition to her personal reasons for wanting Sulemon out, El-Jor believes that the large family would benefit from a more spacious living arrangement. The five-bedroom, three-bathroom residence with limited yard space might not be big enough to accommodate all of the children. "Fourteen kids need a bigger backyard for sure," El-Jor said. "I saw they had four bunk beds. I think those were for the little ones. And they had beds in all the other rooms."

If El-Jor is serious about evicting Suleman and her large brood – Aidan, Amerah, Caleb, Calyssa, Elijah, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Jonah, Joshua, Josiah, Maliah, McCai, Nariah and Noah – she will have to deliver a 3-, 30-, 60- or 90-day eviction notice. It’s unknown if she’s already done so, or how many days she plans on giving the mother of 14 to move out.

Suleman has yet to comment on the possible eviction.
