Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, one of the stars of MTV’s Jersey Shore, married her longtime boyfriend Jionni LaValle over Thanksgiving weekend.

Snooki Ties The Knot

Polizzi and LaValle tied the knot at St. Rose of Lima Church in East Hanover, N.J., and followed the ceremony up with a Great Gatsby-themed reception at the Venetian in Garfield. The wedding was attended by 500 guests, including Jersey Shore alums Jenni “JWoww” Farley, Sammi Giancola and Deena Cortese, who all served as bridesmaids. Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio was also in attendance.

Though Jersey Shore’s Ronald “Ronnie” Ortiz-Magro, Vinny Guadagnino and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino reportedly weren’t invited, Polizzi did invite professional dancers Julianna Hough and Sasha Farber, whom she met while competing on Dancing with the Stars.

Prior to the star-studded event, Polizzi spilled details about the theme, her multiple wedding dresses and how her and LaValle’s two children – Lorenzo and Giovanna– would be incorporated into the day.

“My dress is more of an off-white, didn’t want to go too bright. But both of my dresses are sweetheart cut, but totally different,” Polizzi told NJ Advance Media.”My ceremony dress, I call my Cinderella dress, and my reception dress is my form-fitted Gatsby-inspired dress.”

“Our children are our lives, so it would be wrong not to include them on our special day,” Polizzi added in a recent interview. “A wedding resembles a family’s commitment to each other and I feel like the kids need to be involved.”

Throughout her wedding day, Polizzi kept her fans updated through social media, sharing pictures of her bridal look and the Jersey Shore reunion on her big day.
