MTV’s ‘Finding Carter’ Canceled
After just two seasons, MTV’s Finding Carter has been canceled.
The show was created by Terri Minsky and Emily Silver, telling the story of a girl who discovers that the woman she thought was her mother actually abducted her as a child. The clearly enticing hook obviously lost its pull after the first season, as it dropped from its average 1.14 million same day viewers to an average of 720,000 same day viewers.
The news came last Friday from Zac Pullman, who played Grant on the teen drama series, who tweeted:
Sad to say it but if you don’t already know, Finding Carter won’t be returning for a season 3

The fans that were still keeping up with the show are now left with an eternally unfinished cliffhanger. They’re not so happy about that.
