Miranda Lambert released her first single since the divorce to Blake Shelton on Monday — and the single titled “Vice” may give fans insight into Lambert’s feelings about the end of her marriage to Shelton.

Miranda Lambert’s New Single ‘Vice’ Reflects On Her Divorce

Lambert’s new single “Vice” comes two years after her album Platinum — and was written by Shane McAnally, Josh Osborne, and Lambert herself.

The track begins with Lambert’s smooth rich voice singing acapella over the sound of a record being scratched, then proceeds with a slow country tempo.

“Another vice, another call, another bed I shouldn’t crawl out of,” Lambert sings in the song. “At 7 a.m, with shoes in my hand said I wouldn’t do it, but I did it again / And I know I’ll be back tomorrow night.”

“Sweet salvation on a dining room table / Waiting on me, where the numb meets the lonely,” the lyrics say. “It’s gone before it ever melts the ice.”

Lambert has reportedly been dating blues singer Anderson East — the couple are said to be very supportive of each other.

“Miranda adores Anderson. They understand each other,” a source told E!.  “Anderson has given Miranda this confidence she hasn’t felt in some time. They are very supportive with each other and their careers.”

Lambert is set to headline her Keeper of the Flame Tour as well as performing on Kenny Chesney’s Spread the Love Tour this summer.
