Michelle Duggar, the star matriarch of the TLC reality series 19 Kids and Counting says she and husband Jim Bob are trying for baby number 20.

“I would be so grateful if the Lord blessed us with another one [child]. We’re trying at this point and we shall see if that is a possibility. If not, we are so thankful and grateful for the ones that God has given us so far. We are also definitely enjoying our grandbabies! They are so precious,” Michelle said in an interview with Celebrity Baby Scoop.

Michelle was, in fact, expecting her twentieth child in 2011, but suffered a miscarriage at 19 weeks. Before that, Michelle had a difficult delivery of her youngest, Josie, 3. After Michelle suffered from preeclampsia and other health problems, Josie was born via C-section at three and a half months premature.

The Duggars, a very religious Christian family whose children range from ages 3 to 25, believe that children are a blessing from God, and don’t believe in overpopulation.

“We have studied it and I believe that there is a misconception about overpopulation. I think that the whole mindset of overpopulation is really overrated… I think that there is this ideology that goes behind overpopulation that I don’t agree with. It’s a different perspective and that’s where people have their different ideas, and that’s okay. That’s what makes the world go around; there are many different ideas and different perspectives about certain topics,” Michelle said in the interview.

Michelle, 47, and Jim Bob, 48, have been married for almost 30 years and celebrated their anniversary on Tuesday’s episode of 19 Kinds and Counting.
