Maggie Gyllenhaal Talks Thanksgiving With Taylor Swift

There were no Meet the Parents-type disasters for Taylor Swift! The country music star spent Thanksgiving weekend with new beau, Love and Other Drugs star, Jake Gyllenhaal, and his big sister Maggie Gyllenhaal said the meeting went "great," according to US Weekly.

Photos of Swift, Maggie Gyllenhaal and her 4-year-old daughter, Ramona, show the trio smiling as they walked through Brooklyn's Park Slope neighborhood, where Gyllenhaal and husband Peter Sarsgaard live. Swift was also pictured sharing maple lattes from Park Slope's Gorilla Coffee with Jake Gyllenhaal over Thanksgiving weekend. Swift and Gyllenhaal were also seen a few days later having breakfast in Swift's hometown of Nashville.

When asked Thursday night what made her brother such a catch, Sarsgaard jumped in, saying, "Why is Jake a wonderful guy? Because he's an adventurer!"

Gyllenhaal and Swift were first spotted together in October at a taping of Saturday Night Live. --ISHITA SINGH
