Lebron James and the Miami Heat fell to the San Antonio Spurs Sunday night in Game 5 of the NBA finals, ending James' season and starting the speculation about whether or not he’s going to stick around in Miami.

Lebron James Leaving Miami?

James, who has been with the Heat since the 2010 season, has the option of getting out of his contract or exercising the early-termination clause to become a free agent and get wooed by another franchise.

"I haven't even begun to wrap my mind about it," James said of free agency, according to ESPN. "I need to get away with my family before I start to think about what will happen next."

"I haven't even begun to even think about what my future holds or what I have in store,” James continued. “I will sit down with my team at some point, my family as well.… If my family is happy, then I'm happy and able to perform at a high level."

James joined the Heat with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, with the intention of creating a dynasty. Since their package deal move to Miami, they’ve reached the NBA finals four times in a row and have won a pair of titles. As it was back when James joined the squad with them, his main motivation is winning.

"For me, I just want to win, and that's all that matters to me,” James said. "Every team in the NBA continues to get better every year and we need to get better as well. We have some holes that need to be filled."

James, who already knows what the Heat offers monetarily, will likely sit down with decision-makers along with Wade and Bosh to see if their vision aligns with that of the franchise as far as how to capture another title.
