On Sunday night, the newest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians premiered with fans eager to see and hear what Scott Disick, 32, had to say about his former flame, Kourtney Kardashian, 36.

Before the scene played out, the family was finishing up their vacation in St. Barths. The mother of three was bombarded by posts and pictures of Scott partying with other women while he vacationed in Mexico.

“I just want everyone to stop bothering me with information unless it’s like, an emergency,” Kourtney said.

Kris Jenner warned Kourtney not to bottle her emotions up and to leave her heart open to future possibilities. Kris explained that it is “inevitable” for the two of them to be in each other’s lives due to their three children together.

For now, Kourtney said she wants to focus on her children and not the dating scene.

“I’m not like, a dating person. I did the dating thing before Scott for like a minute and it was not for me,” Kourtney said, adding that she wasn’t sure if Disick was “the one” but used to think he was. “I just got out of a nine-year relationship, I think the last thing I need is anyone in my life,” she continued.

The tight family made sure to distract Kourtney and also to remind her how great she looked at her age as a mother of three. Kourtney’s sisters, Kim Kardashian West, 35, Khloé Kardashian, 31, and Kendall Jenner, 20, decided to set up a photo shoot for Kourtney.

Along with some other romance drama on their trip, youngest sister, Kylie Jenner, invited boyfriend, Tyga, along. Kendall didn’t take too kindly that she was missing out on time with her sister. “I used to always have Kendall on my side and now she’s always gone,” Kylie said, also adding that she developed a closer relationship with Tyga, 26, and now that’s her “comfort zone.”

After an exchange of words between the three, Kendall and Kylie sat down to discuss what was bothering them.

“I feel bad that Kendall is hurt because I really didn’t mean for it to be that way. Kendall always has so much going on in her life and I’m always with T so I didn’t even think about it when I invited him,” Kylie said, adding that she was going to make an effort to hang out with her more. Later in the episode, the three enjoy a hike together.

Upon returning home from vacation, the family was unexpectedly greeted by Scott. The family was shocked considering none of them had heard from him “in months.”

“It’s so hard seeing my children on a trip – that was the first trip that I’ve never been on with my own kids,” Disick started off by saying, explaining that he “got jealous and scared.” He explained his actions in Mexico were his attempt to make himself feel better but it only made him feel worse. The reality star added that since the death of both his parents, he has felt extremely alone. With the famous family keeping quiet, Khloe breaks the silence.

“You say you don’t have a family and you don’t have all these things, we give you one, why do you like, destroy it?” Khloé said.

“It’s just been a really hard time going from having all of you guys to having nobody. I’m living in a house by myself, I want to pick up the phone and call my mom and dad. … I’m just so ashamed that I publicly embarrass all of you. It kills me to the point that I feel like I can’t make it up,” Disick said as everyone begins crying.

With the family all in tears, Kris urges him to make the changes necessary in his life and his children’s lives. “We all love you every much. It breaks my heart to see [Kourtney] in pain. It’s one of the hardest things you can go through as a mom, you have to make the decision that what you want is to be a partner and a dad and involved and present and committed and you fight for what you want and you need and you love.”

The show ends with Disick thanking the family for listening as he leaves. This left viewers wondering if Disick was going to keep his word on whether he was actually going to change.
