Katie Holmes' B-Day Surprise
Though she had to perform on her 30th birthday, Katie Holmes got a special surprise courtesy of husband Tom Cruise, who was at the LA premiere of his film Valkyrie. After Holmes finished the night in Arthur Miller's All My Sons on Thursday, her costar John Lithgow told the audience, "Tom Cruise... doting husband of Katie, could not be here tonight. He's heartsick that he couldn't be here ... but he wanted to make his presence felt." With that, the crew wheeled out a five-tiered, white birthday cake as the audience cheered and daughter Suri, 2, joined her on stage. (Photo: WENN)
