Justin Bieber, who was pictured uncensored full-frontal nude in paparazzi pictures taken during his latest Bora Bora vacation, has threatened to sue any and all outlets publishing them.

Justin Bieber Lawsuit Over Uncensored Full-Frontal Nude Photos

Bieber was photographed going for a naked swim while vacationing with his rumored girlfriend Jayde Pierce, and was unaware that cameras were trained on him from a distance as he exited his luxe villa completely nude. Earlier this week, multiple media outlets published the nude photos.

On Thursday, Bieber’s legal team issued a cease and desist letter to the New York Daily News, which had published the full-frontal nude pictures on Wednesday, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The letter threatened a lawsuit if the paper fails to remove the photos from its website within 12 hours of receiving it.

The cease and desist letter also serves to confirm that the pictures are un-doctored images of the “What Do You Mean” singer. Not only does Bieber’s legal team claim that the publication of the pictures violates his publicity and privacy rights, but that it infringes on his trademarks as well.

“We recently became informed that your company has obtained and is distributing unauthorized photographs of our Client including images showing him without clothing,” reads the letter to the News.

Who’s not upset about the Bieber nude pics? The singer’s father, Jeremy Bieber.
