On Thursday night’s episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Jon Stewart made a guess appearance with his former colleague on The Daily Show.

After playfully hiding their glee over the resignation of Fox News CEO Roger Ailes, Stewart gave a Daily Show like rant on The Republican National Convention, The GOP and Donald Trump.

Stewart hosted The Daily Show for 16 years and embraced Trevor Noah as the new host when he stepped out of the limelight on August 6, 2015

Colbert succeeded David Letterman, host of 22 years, on The Late Show on September 8, 2015.
