Actor Jason Momoa, known for portraying Aquaman in the new Justice League films, and of course for playing Khal Drogo on HBO’s Game of Thrones.

MOMOA HINTS AT HIS POSSIBLE GAME OF THRONES RETURN

Despite Momoa’s Khal Drogo being killed off in season one (with a brief daydream appearance in season two), hopes are alive that Drogo will reappear five years later in season seven of Thrones. Suspicions arose following an Instagram post by the actor showing himself and showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss reuniting over Guinness in Ireland.

Cheeeeehhoooooooooo. @Guinness in Ireland. Drinking mothers milk With my brothers @captainriff dan and david. Love ya GOT greatest show on earth ALOHA DROGO

While the friends may just be enjoying a small cast reunion, this is not the first sign that Momoa will return to the show. Momoa is a very active Instagram user, and has posted many photos in the past months about Thrones, from showing support to his fictional wife Daenerys who still fights for the Iron Throne to hanging out with former castmates.

Plus following the return of Jon Snow from the dead in season six, it seems anything is possible in the Game of Thrones world.

His Instagram captions serve as more clues, as he often includes the hashtag #ALOHADROGO. Could he be saying hello again to the show? We will have to wait until summer 2017 to find out for sure when Game of Thrones season seven premieres on HBO.
