Jackson's Will: Diana Ross–Yes! Dad, Ex-Wife–No!
Michael Jackson's seven-year-old mystery will was filed in court Wednesday and contained some interesting surprises. Debbie Rowe, the mother of his two oldest children, was cut out of his will. "I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, Deborah Rowe Jackson," the will stated. Also missing: Jackson's father, whom he had charged with abusing him as a child. Jackson named his mother, Katherine, as guardian of his three children. If Katherine is not available: "I nominate Diana Ross as guardian," Jackson wrote, in the will's biggest stunner. (Photo: WENN)
