Hilary Duff recently admitted she’d be open to participating in a reunion with the rest of the cast from Disney’s Lizzie McGuire.

Hilary Duff On 'Lizzie McGuire' Reunion

Duff, 26, who last played Lizzie in 2004, wouldn’t say “no” if the chance to be a part of a Lizzy McGuire reunion came up. “I love it! I would be totally open to it,” Duff told The Huffington Post. “My schedule is a little busy right now. But um … why not?”

“I mean, so many people loved her. I loved her. Honestly, working on that show, I got so strong with my physical comedy and all the things that they would throw at me,” Duff added. “I got covered in goo every week, and I got, like, smashed in the face with a locker every single week. And all this, I mean it was a really, really fun show. And obviously people really loved her. Maybe a "Lizzie: Where Are You Now?" like 10 years later.”

After leaving Lizzie McGuire behind, Duff appeared in a number of feature films and TV shows. Her most recent studio album, Dignity, came out in 2007. After putting her acting and singing careers on the back burner for a number of years, Duff is waging a comeback on both TV and in music.

Duff will be starring in TV Land’s new show Younger and is released her yet-to-be titled new album Oct. 15.
“The album is very different. My last record was seven years ago,” Duff told Huff Post. “I haven't just frozen in time. Being a mother has given me a confidence I didn’t have before, so maybe that came across in the studio for sure. Being more, you know, ballsy with what I have to say. And not holding back.”
