Demi Moore Saves Man's Life On Twitter
Demi Moore is being credited with preventing a suicide over Twitter. Moore saw a man from Casselberry, Florida tweet a plan to hang himself and responded with, “R U rily asking 4 help?” followed by other messages.
The Seminole County Sheriff’s office also received two calls from the West Coast about the suicide threat, one from California and one from Vancouver. The Orlando Sentinel reports that the deputies took the eighteen-year-old man – whose name has not been released – to a hospital “for psychiatric evaluation under the state’s Baker Act.” –KADEEN GRIFFITHS
