Bryan Cranston, star of AMC’s Breaking Bad, was able to walk the floors of Comic Con without being surrounded by fans by dressing up as his character Walter White.

Yep, the man himself fooled a bunch of convention-goers into thinking he was just a regular attendee with the help of a strategic outfit – khakis and a button-down – and a very convincing Walter White mask.

In disguise, Cranston was able to interact with fans, and it appears the disguise was so fun for the actor that he wore it when he walked out on stage for the Breaking Bad panel at Comic Con. The mask was later removed and placed on the table in front of Cranston and his co-star Aaron Paul.

Cranston isn’t the only actor who has gotten into the costume spirit of Comic Con. Comic Con superstar Hugh Jackman, who was at the convention to promote his films The Wolverine (in theaters this Friday) and X Men: Days of Future Past, told the audience at the X-Men panel that he dressed up as Wolverine and walked the Comic Con floor unrecognized.

“I got dressed up in my full Wolverine costume. Not one person stopped me… One guy goes, ‘Eh, not bad.’ And another one said, ‘Whoa. Way too tall buddy,” Jackman revealed.

Johnny Galecki surprised fans by showing up at The Big Bang Theory Comic Con panel in full Star Wars bounty hunter costume. He sat in the crowd when the panel started, and revealed his identity when he got up to ask a question.

Breaking Bad was at Comic Con to promote the second half of the show's final season, premiering Sunday, August 11 at 9 P.M. on AMC.
