Briana Cuoco, the younger sister of The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco, will appear on NBC reality singing competition The Voice in one of the show’s five blind audition shows.

On the Sept. 23 premiere of The Voice’s fifth season, Carson Daly was shown telling Briana Cuoco that she’d been picked as one of the contestants who would get the chance to sing during the blind auditions for judges Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Cee Lo Green.

After her brief appearance on The Voice Monday night, Briana Cuoco took to Twitter to thank her followers for their support, but admitted she couldn’t reveal on what day of the blind auditions she’d be featured.

Walking the Emmy red carpet on Sunday night, Jim Parsons dished about his costar's sister. “Finally, the world is really going to see the really talented Cuoco,” Parsons quipped to a reporter. “Ri is a phenomenal singer, actress, dancer, choreographer, she’s beautiful – not that looks matter in Hollywood.”

Briana Cuoco has released an EP on iTunes under the name Bluebird, which features five songs with an indie folk sound. On YouTube, she’s posted a video of herself covering Otis Redding’s "(Sittin' On) The Dock of the Bay." As Cuoco captions the video, it’s not the best sound quality, but her vocal talents are apparent. She also names the song as her favorite to sing, which hints at the possibility that she’s selected it as her audition song.

As for Briana Cuoco’s choreography skills that Parsons spoke about, the young renaissance woman put together a flash mob routine for the entire cast and crew of The Big Bang Theory that ended up going viral.

Briana has also dabbled in acting, appearing on her sister’s CBS sitcom, as well as The Mentalist, The Lizzie Bennet Diaries and HBO’s The Newsroom.
