These will be Wilson’s last performances of Pet Sounds. “It’s really been a trip to sit here and think about releasing Pet Sounds 50 years ago,” Wilson said in a statement. “I love performing this album with my band and look forward to playing it for fans all across the world.”

The 70-plus date tour begins March 26 in Auckland, Australia, progressing through Japan and Europe. The American leg of the tour begins June 14 in Burlington, Vt., running until late July and picking up again in September.

Pet Sounds is one of the most powerful albums ever made. The album is ranked number two on Rolling Stone‘s list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.

Ticket presales begin Wednesday, January 27, with official on-sales beginning Friday, Jan. 29.
