Brandi Glanville is leaving The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and rumor has it she was asked not to return to the Bravo series.

Was Brandi Glanville Asked To Leave RHOBH?

Glanville, 42, became a household name after a very public split from her ex husband, Eddie Cibrian, who cheated on her with LeAnn Rimes. Soon after, she began appearing on the second season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as a friend, before being promoted to a series regular for season three. Glanville has been in the middle of countless big upsets throughout her time on the show, and most recently, in season five, found herself in the center of family drama when Kim Richards and Kyle Richards began fighting after Kim fell off the wagon and began drinking again. Kim is currently in rehab after being arrested in April, and will also not be returning to the show as a series regular.

On Thursday, before the reports that she would not return circulated, Glanville tweeted about her fate on RHOBH, writing, “I woke up with a sore throat and a HUGE decision to make today! #RHOBH Will let you all know later I promise!!”

After the report came out that she would be leaving the show as a series regular, Glanville again took to Twitter and told fans that both she and Kim had until Monday to make their final decisions about whether or not to return to the show for guest appearances.

Glanville later added that she decided to leave the show after Kim’s departure and Yolanda Foster’s illness, writing, “with YO sick and Kim in treatment I just don’t see how I fit in.”

Glanville may be trying to spin the news as her decision, but sources revealed that the truth was that the other Housewives simply didn’t like her. “The other Beverly Hills Housewives don’t like Brandi. She’s out of control… She’s just a s—t starter and everyone is tired of it,” a source told Us Weekly. Glanville has yet to release a full statement addressing her departure from the hit reality series, but she had nothing but nice things to say about the network that made her famous on Twitter. “I heart Bravo. It has honestly changed my life and given me an amazing platform,” she wrote.

Kim is also reportedly at peace with being taken off the show as a regular, and is determined to focus on her sobriety. “Kim is fine with not returning. She knows she needs to focus on her health right now,” a source confirmed.
